New York, NY (July 11, 2017) – Bluerock Residential Growth REIT, Inc. (NYSE MKT: BRG) (the “Company”) today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized and the Company has declared a monthly cash dividend on the Company’s Class A common stock (the “Class A Common Stock”) for July 2017, equal to a quarterly rate of $0.29 per share (the “Class A Common Dividend”). In addition, the Company has declared monthly cash dividends on its Series B Redeemable Preferred Stock (the “Series B Preferred Stock”) for the third quarter of 2017, equal to a quarterly rate of $15.00 per share (the “Series B Preferred Dividends”).
The Class A Common Dividend will be payable in cash as follows: $0.096666 per share to be paid on Friday, August 4, 2017 to Class A Common stockholders of record as of Tuesday, July 25, 2017.
The Series B Preferred Dividends will be payable in cash as follows: $5.00 per share to be paid on Friday, August 4, 2017 to Series B Preferred stockholders of record as of Tuesday, July 25, 2017; $5.00 per share to be paid on Tuesday, September 5, 2017 to Series B Preferred stockholders of record as of Friday, August 25, 2017; and $5.00 per share to be paid on Thursday, October 5, 2017 to Series B Preferred stockholders of record as of Monday, September 25, 2017.
