Bluerock Residential Growth REIT (BRG) Pays August Dividend

New York, NY – Bluerock Residential Growth REIT, Inc. (NYSE MKT: BRG) (the “Company”) today announced that it has issued a monthly cash dividend of 0.096667 per share on the Company’s Class A and Class B common stock.

The Company’s monthly dividend payments to shareholders represent an annualized dividend yield of 10.0% based on the closing price of $11.61 for the Company’s Class A common stock as of the end of day on August 7th, 2014, which is subject to change.

The August dividend payment follows the Company’s July 15, 2014 announcement of its declaration of a $0.29 per share quarterly dividend on its Class A and Class B common stock, payable monthly across the quarter as follows: $0.096667 on August 5, 2014 to shareholders of record on July 25, 2014; $0.096667 per share on September 5, 2014 to shareholders of record on August 25, 2014; and $0.096666 per share on October 5, 2014 to shareholders of record on September 25, 2014.
