Bluerock Residential Growth REIT (BRG) Pays January 2016 Dividend on Class A & Class B Common Stock

New York, NY (February 5, 2016) – Bluerock Residential Growth REIT, Inc. (NYSE MKT: BRG) (the “Company”) has distributed a monthly cash dividend of $0.096666 per share on the Company’s Class A and Class B common stock, as announced earlier in the quarter.

The Company’s monthly dividend payments to stockholders represent an annualized dividend yield of 11.35% based on the closing price of $10.22 for the Company’s Class A common stock as of the close of trading on February 4th, 2016. This yield is subject to change.

The payment follows the Company’s January 15, 2016 announcement of its declaration of a $0.29 per share quarterly dividend on its Class A and Class B common stock, each payable monthly across the quarter. The Company paid the dividend to stockholders of record as of January 25, 2016.
